Fasken Oil and Ranch is looking for a Senior Accountant.  This position will report to the Assistant Controller and will support the organization’s daily financial transactions, period end journal entries, and assist with the analysis and preparation of federal and state tax returns.  The accountant also helps maintain and monitor internal controls and works closely with staff.  Responsibilities: Review, monitor and provide oversight of transactions and process applicable journal entries Stay current on latest tax law changes Prepare federal and state tax returns and year-end tax statements Work with vendors and owners and “troubleshoot” as necessary Performs other duties as assigned Manage multiple priori
