Our client, a national Class A multi-family community investment, construction and development firm located in Irving Texas is searching for a Controller with real estate experience. This role will be responsible for implementing, supervising and reviewing the company's practices and procedures and is required to prepare full accrual monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Coordinates audit/review requests with external auditors and ensures compliance with GAAP requirements. Oversees cash reporting, including process improvements and variance analysis.
